Exceptions to this rule will be made only on the basis of extreme hardship and on a space-available basis. If, in your first fall semester, you were assigned to a small section of any first-year course, you are not entitled to a second small section class.If you intend to be part-time at any point while you are completing the First-Year Program, please note the following: The same is true for the first-year spring semester courses. It follows that if you take a part-time schedule in the fall semester of your first year, you will have to complete the remaining first-year fall semester courses in the following fall semester.
